Her Last Will — Karl El-Koura

When his wife dies, an elderly man named Toqs Hingi realizes that her funeral instructions were never received by the efficient and mostly automated system that runs their lives, and his wife Serene will soon be cremated against her wishes. Although a recluse, Toqs must leave his home to make sure Serene’s desire for burial is honored. Join him in this bittersweet science fiction tale as Toqs discovers a hidden truth about his wife’s intentions, and is reminded of the depths of their love for one another.
